Quality Assurance (QA) inspections are how we prevent mistakes or defects and avoid problems when delivering solutions or services, whilst continually improving the services we offer.
Our bespoke QA inspections can be carried out both during and after installation to check the service meets the contract specifications as well as client requirements, ensuring a ‘Best Value’ service is being delivered.
What is Quality Assurance?
Quality Assurance is essentially a checklist of administrative and procedural activities to ensure that standards of service are being met. Through systematic measurement, comparison of the work against a set standard, monitoring of our processes and relevant feedback loop we can help prevent errors before they happen.
Our bespoke Quality Assurance inspections include the two principles:
- Fit for purpose – the product should be suitable for the intended purpose and
- Right first time – mistakes should be eliminated.
