We have several levels of service agreement all of which include the following 19 point safety checks:

1. Check appliance for electrical safety
2. Check appliance for gas safety
3. Run appliance at full gas rate
4. Test gas emissions where applicable
5. Switch off appliance, isolate gas and electrical supplies
6. Remove, clean & inspect burners for corrosion or deterioration
7. Expose, clean & inspect flue ways for deterioration/flame impingement
8. Check condition of flame supervision device
9. Refit flue way inspections hatches/plates where necessary
10. Refit burners
11. Re-instate gas supply & check appliance for gas tightness
12. Re-instate electrical supply
13. Run appliance at full gas rate
14. Carry out flue flow check where applicable
15. Carry out flue spillage check where applicable
16. Test gas emissions where applicable
17. Test operation of flame supervision device
18. Test operation of internal thermostatic controls inc limit thermostats
19. Check & re-set local external controls where necessary
